It is true for a continues uses of this softwares all through life go to strengthen the brain muscles and keep it fit every moment it keep it sharp, free and above all clean. The inventive mind is free and clean. A clean city is an art and science of superior thinking brains living in harmony with other thinking being. But a sluggish mind is un-thinking being living like vegetable no growth in the mind the most important part of our being. It is neglected by the vast majority of mankind. What a world. Thanks it very important that we enrich this pages to show-case the very being we have become through SOT. CVS-BVS is such a powerful tool that only continuous application will give you that power to see that someone us is not doing things right.

It’s easy to forget the thinking tools and slip back to muddling through day to day.

There are ideas here like CVS to BVS I’ve known and forgotten and new ideas like HoPE and greyscale thinking which may not have been part of the program when I first went through the training.

I’m going to make this my home page and let daily exposure keep metacognition at the forefront of my thinking.

The risk then is that over exposure leads has a numbing effect – but just being aware should help.

Ideally what might help would be a randomised home page which refreshes various models or maybe an e-mail course…
