Whatever CVS or BVS, I think I should give more options when I am thinking or doing something.
March 9th, 2010 at 6:12 pm
My CVS regarding supporting people in order to allow them to perform at optimum levels has changed to a BVS. I think about people, and relationship building, in all actions that I take, both in the workplace, and outside the workplace.

I have embarked on ten things I could do to make progress on something important to me. Even though I made a physical list which I am not referring to often, it seems the deliberate act of doing that has created an internal list which I am still continuing to follow without reference to the written down list. Some great results so far!! Must repeat the process for more results.
February 1st, 2010 at 9:55 am
Now I take the time to look for and evaluate BVS rather than just accept the CVS. In area’s where I have chosen the BVS have resulted in improvements over my previous CVS.

The material has fitted in very well with other material I have been studying “The Power of Now” and “The Artists Way” as I am currently out of work and have the time to CVS2BVS and PRR. I am also putting in several hours learning the art of painting and finding my own style. So all in all it’s actually quite useful that I’m not working at the moment!

Commitment to active thinking requires practice to develop a positive and open mind-set. The SOT lessons helped me to connect to the reality of what is . . . and to what is possibly better. Seeing, hearing, tasting, touching and deep emotions are not all there is to pragmatism. Reality goes much deeper than what is on the surface. By practicing how to think using antiviral software for the brain enables you to uncover misinformation and misdirection. Knowing where and how to find good information allows you more time to focus on what needs to be done and well as how to go abou

focusing on the process must be exciting and passionate and seems to be a discovery of clarity that is always linked to the goal.
the hours of practice are clearly essential to building the foundation of ability that enables one to reach the goal. it is a journey of power – in my life, it is also a character builder and view point changer.
Cheers to PRR

I am gaining a language to better understand and explain my thoughts.

It is truly very useful tips, how get away from stress of result, just focus on training. amazing lesson.
December 23rd, 2009 at 7:21 am
I have benefitted from the REPETITION…the opportunity to re-examine my earlier CVS …the time spent in focus over the last two days has been IMMENSELY valuable .
Concepts not quite clear became crystal clear …Cybernetics for example…after I read about the “re-education of the ack-ack gun “…the parable made real sense for me.
It enabled my further THINKING….because I enjoyed the technical parallels involved …not quite matching but linking with my experience in the Royal Artillery behind 25 pounder Field Guns !!!
Results…greater memorisation and retention for future teaching purposes.

Accepting that practice (PRR) is a very valuable tool to know about. I have applied it more than ever in many aspects of my life with great results.
Practice can be seen to be boring and sometimes is, but the rewards are great.
November 30th, 2009 at 3:40 pm
Understanding more about my current CVS. Seeing the potential in my bvs. Learning and interpeting others CVS to BVS concepts with this new software and being able to provide feedback around this understanding.
November 30th, 2009 at 12:37 pm
I find myself using CVS to BVS without thinking and the ability to look at things in different ways is a great tool.
No silver bullet for improvement, just the application of tried and true principles, and practice practice, practice
November 24th, 2009 at 9:17 am
I attend one of your sessions several years ago and only last week found your card while cleaning up. So I joined the SOT. i can learn to open my mind and think differently. I will become a skilled thinker.

I have managed to pass the SOT concept to many. So that is an achievement!
Imagine how much of that they would pass on. This is a POSITIVE to the WORLD.
Overall imagine the CVStoBVS for the whole world.

The biggest result for me is having CVS2BVS and some of the other “softwares’ more at the forefront of my mind and in my daily consciousness and this makes me more open to alternatives.
August 20th, 2009 at 11:56 am
Currently spending time in Asia looking at expanding my coaching practice. Excellent provocation to my CVS leading to a BVS for me.
August 12th, 2009 at 2:18 pm
My focus has changed from frustration with situations that I am unhappy with to figuring out how things can change. While sometimes that means accepting that something will not change and changing my viewpoint on the situation is a better option, more often it empowers me to come up with possible paths to something new. This process helps to tear down the ‘that is how things are’ thinking and focus on the positive provess of problem solving.
July 21st, 2009 at 11:50 pm
Engaging in new tools of thought in dealing with others ie when the situation seems stuck, “Lets do a C&S” or an OPV etc and asking exploratory questions…
July 16th, 2009 at 2:54 pm
I think the main thing I’ve got from SOT training is starting things. No matter what just start. I used to think before starting hence the number of starts were low.
July 14th, 2009 at 12:53 am
Improved outlook: even though the CVS may be grim, it’s encouraging to know there exists a BVS=CVSx10, and that I can find/imagine/create it.
The search for quality by continuous improvement

I have re-arranged my personal life.
I have just found some part-time work which will allow me to practice my required skills to create my own business.
I am training for a tri-athlon.
I look for the BVS as often as possible.
I am aware of how dangerous and damaging being wrong can be for a child or an adult.
June 17th, 2009 at 7:06 am
I can tend to run some pretty negative senarios through my mind on situations, then I’ll suddenly remember CVS to BVS and literally dream up a way that the situation could be improved x 10
June 15th, 2009 at 4:10 pm
Even though I am more challenged to do things in new and different ways, I am much more relaxed about most things. I have responded viscerally to much of what I have read in these lessons and messages. It feels good. So I am trying to get keep the tools/software at the forefront of my brain. Instead of letting my mind drift on the bus or train, I am working on them or using them. Now I am achieving more and also moving passed some of the more stubborn bits using cvs2bvs. And also, I’ve started to read more broadly about memetics – it’s a very useful idea in my line of work.

I was stationary and muddled, now I am doing and moving.
Clearer thinking. Clearer goals.

repetition is the mother of learning.
May 25th, 2009 at 12:29 am
The time I’ve spent studying these principles has given me the tools that I need to increase my results in any activity I want to get good at. If I want to reach a high level of performance in any area of my life, I have to develop the skill in order to get to that level (through PRR of course).
But, beyond my own personal progress, I can see how these ideas are not being taught in our society. I’ve read several times where SOT brought these concepts and principles to US Schools. But something went wrong, because the US schools are not using these principles effectively anymore. Our schools have decided to teach to the lowest common denominator rather than bring everyone else up to the highest common denominator.
So, it seems to me, that US schools need to be re-educated. Or, more to the point, these tools need to be taken directly to the students and parents since the schools are not producing what is needed.

One result in particular that I like is having decided to x10 my fitness program: The fitness level that I have achieved by training for 10 hours @ week could only be achieved by training for 10 hours a week.
The other interesting thing is that it’s reinforced my habit of using process goals in addition to end point goals.
May 19th, 2009 at 9:40 am
Ive sat through many training sessions where the speaker and/or material is boring but then out of nowhere there is an absolute gem of an idea that makes it all worth while. So far I have found many gems in the SOT training and had some real insights.
I think this highlights that there’s many great ideas and insights around that can help you change your mindset/outlook, you just have to want to and recognise things within yourself that could be improved. I can see my own view changing, but recognise that its going to take time and practice to internalise these lessons and improve myself.
May 17th, 2009 at 4:32 am
Each attempt to read SOT lessons raise an insight to me and it raise my CVS each time I have to think about it I see in my Minds EYE the day African will embraced SOT. It will be our real liberation day. Thank you Michael a Great Mentor and a friend.

The best results I have received from this program is questioning my own thoughts and being honest about my motivations and actions CVS to BVS always gives me a place to start
May 12th, 2009 at 10:46 am
I have recognised the need to focus on learning (PRR) one skill at a time, and the need for more doing and less reading.
May 11th, 2009 at 7:31 am
This course has DEFINITELY been a eye opener for me! It has provided more info and techniques than numerous books, courses and workshops I have attended in the past.
CVS to BVS
PRR
Humor
And now focusing on PROCESS goals.
As a history student the history of the Plato virus through out western civilization makes total sense of why we are where we are now! President Obama should have his staff taking this course! Also Chrysler and GM execs plus the financial world!
I had studied memes before and that is very revealing.
Overall this course is a SOLID 10!

I can’t point to one particular thing, rather I can say that I have undergone a process of continuous improvement; partly as a result of my own desire to improve and be self analytical and partly due to exposure to ideas from SOT.
April 5th, 2009 at 5:39 pm
These lessons make me more aware of asking myself what else can we do or I do that would be better. Question more and evaluate my current thinking.
March 31st, 2009 at 3:03 am
Frankly speaking, these SOT messages have really made me a better thinker. I now build perspective to get out of my CVS
March 27th, 2009 at 4:19 pm
I have gone for the BVS & not settled for less than at CVS or a BVS. My personal situations have improved & are improving daily.
March 11th, 2009 at 7:35 am
I have enjoyed the discipline of completing these on-line lessons regularly and being exposed to new ways of thinking about old problems. Todays episode reinforces lessons learned in previous professional training about process and the importance of practicing your skills and has given me new energy.
March 10th, 2009 at 1:40 pm
Repetition and moving to a BVS, any and every situation
March 6th, 2009 at 4:55 pm
Definitely better focused instead of filtering through thoughts that are of no positive consequence. bvs is, for me, like shining a torch with that beam showing bvs ahead of cvs, and well within sight.
March 4th, 2009 at 3:51 pm
I have opened my perceptions of old perceptions of right and wrong and forced myself to consider that what I was “sure of” in my thinking may indeed be erroneous data to be discarded. There has been personal struggles and pain as I confronted my root beliefs but also experienced more freedom after acknowledging I am a product of my society and their views and mores. I have enjoyed growth and great discussions with friends about what I am experiencing in SOT as I learn different modes of thinking. I have truly progressed with
cvs2bvs and I am grateful for this institution. I would enjoy hearing lectures on these topics as well after the written portion. (An earned treat so to speak)
March 3rd, 2009 at 5:13 am
I can take much more distance with painful situations;
I can find lots of new solutions…
My thinking and relationships improved.
The best result I gained from SOT is BVS.
February 19th, 2009 at 7:22 am
I got peace of mind. CVS to BVS is a wonderful tool that let you know that you can do things in a better way.
You think before doing how a BVS could be, and that is rewarding to yourself
December 27th, 2008 at 6:06 pm
The best results I have from SOT is BVS. I am able to handle family situations more comfortably
December 20th, 2008 at 10:31 am
I can tell you now, the world is a better place.
Sowing the CVS to BVS approach in Junior Musical Instruments students has produced results that have thrilled them and brought joy and pride to their families.
That’s just one example, There’s more examples in my experience in business and family matters. But the multiplication factor is so exciting in my mind, that I know
…The World is a Better Place.
December 18th, 2008 at 11:34 am
It took me a little time to acknowledge the futility of searching for truth and facing the contradiction of our current reality model. The SOT training has been a subtle transition to a more efficient thought model.
Thanks for your work Michael.
November 28th, 2008 at 12:21 pm
My knowledge, thinking and relationship with others have improved. I am consistently thinking of BVS. I feel positive memes about the training is become my memes
November 26th, 2008 at 1:41 am
SDNT helped me overcome the inertia. No more procrastinations.
I am consistently walking 3KM in a park near my home more than 3 times a week speaking to myself CVSTOBVS and singing my own repertoire of BVS/goals. Whenever I am down, I just go down to the park ,walk briskly ,speaking to myself CVSTOBVS and sing my own repertoire of BVS/goals.
I have really moved to BVS and experiencing the QRH with regard to mental, physical, emotional, career, financial, family, social and spiritual aspects of my life. I am fulfilling the process requirement of my unique business through PRR. I have cleared all the backlogs of my job. I am excited and enjoying my journey to be extra ordinarily wealthy, healthy and happy. SOT training was exactly what I needed to reinvent myself ,change my future and help many others change their futures! Thanks a lot to Dr.Michael Hewitt-Gleeson! I would be glad to offer my services in spreading SOT philosophy to as many people as possible.
November 11th, 2008 at 12:12 am
my CVS has changed from “I don’t know what to do” to “If I PRR consistently I can achieve a BVS on any area of my life” Pretty good!!
November 10th, 2008 at 2:09 am
SOT training has reinforsed my natural instinct to think differently…
It has broadened my horizons. I now look at things from other view points more than I had done previsoulsly.
October 28th, 2008 at 7:40 am
I have few opportunities to practice but I do see my thinking being helped and conifidence in poor situations.
October 13th, 2008 at 11:47 pm
I’ve enjoyed the provocations & the thinking that SOT inspires. I’m convinced that PRR=Results or in the old termterminology “practice makes perfect”.
October 3rd, 2008 at 8:28 am
I garee with process over result approach and acheiving it through quality training

i am already using what i have learnt, my thinking has improved in that i know now to think differently than before and i see things i did not see.

I am grateful to SOT utilise SDNT to imprint new patterns in my brain and to think better.
July 17th, 2008 at 12:45 am
I particularly like SDNT – gets me started – and much more effective than ‘Look before you leap’
July 4th, 2008 at 10:41 pm
i like to apply cvs2bvs thinking for the current situations, like water pollutions of rivers.
June 25th, 2008 at 9:04 pm
Sot have made me aware of my thinking and performing instead of practising an automatic process of thinking doing and waiting on the results to happen. Bringing me to be conscious of how CVS turns to be BVS
June 9th, 2008 at 3:37 am
I have always been a thinker, but felt guilty spending time thinking and not doing, now I am happier to think more and do less, the less doing being more productive because of the more thinking.
May 26th, 2008 at 1:01 pm
The fear of public speaking is paralysing fear. But your PRR has put me in the right frame of mind and now I am sought after by people for speaking engaement. Thank you.

It has stopped me from accepting less than the best from myself.
May 24th, 2008 at 8:27 am
I have stopped the begining of some downward emotional spirals, and I am on my way to a BVS
May 20th, 2008 at 2:49 am

May 19th, 2008 at 6:40 pm
It’s helped me rationalise and be proactive instead of reacting to every life “crisis”.
May 17th, 2008 at 5:28 am
Have been practising relaxation. Mind and body. Mixed results as in positive outcome but everything is informing me as feedback. There is defo more “I can” in my practise of processes!
May 16th, 2008 at 4:32 pm
Yesterday I was going to write a novel and get fit. Today I am going to write for 5 minutes and do an exercise video. (Although in practice this is much the same as SDNT – start writing then reflect. Start exercise, no excuses for waiting for perfection before beginning.)
April 24th, 2008 at 2:51 am
I am better able to focus and find that through the neurowares cvstobvs and prr, I am able to grasp things in just a fraction of the time and retain a lot of what I learnt. It’s amazing how far one can go if they take this lessons seriously. That is the point really. Most of us have heard or learnt about success, but we just never take this seriously.
April 22nd, 2008 at 2:04 pm
If I can find a medicine to give to people to take action – to move from CVS to BVS – I’ll be a wealthy man! Most of us realise and know the CVS and BVS but lacks the motivation to act.
April 15th, 2008 at 9:16 am
It’s kept me focused on ‘looking forward’ to the life I really want to create for myself (rather than dwelling on past activities that aren’t worth wasting time on).
March 27th, 2008 at 11:58 pm
I have really enjoyed reading the SOT training messages. Some of the information I have heard before, but it is being delivered in a clearer way ….. and some of the stuff I have never heard before … but it makes sense and it has help me. Thank you.
March 21st, 2008 at 12:59 pm
These lessons have produced a more linear approach to my thinking, first start with my goal then think about the cvs and with prr arive at my bvs. Sounds simple, is simple, it makes me wonder why I never thought of it before.
March 9th, 2008 at 2:46 pm
I understand what it takes to be successful. It’s not a secret, you just have to do it with intelligence.

March 7th, 2008 at 4:44 pm
I painstakingly went through all the exercises waiting for the big revelation that was going to make me a genius.
I was glad when I finally got to the moment of the fanfare and drum roll. Finally it was all going to be revealed.
With shattering clarity it was revealed that the secret is something I have already known in one way or other. Focus on the process and practice hard.
I love it when the answer is elegantly simple, and not a convoluted arrangement of high minded theories.
Well done.
I am glad I took the journey.
February 25th, 2008 at 7:52 am
So much food for thought, but most important is consciously making the attempt to find the BVS. My responses to problems and issues has been greatly enhanced by using this tool.
February 12th, 2008 at 6:49 pm
Definitely the software CVStoBVS has been very effective. It sounds so simple and yet with huge results. I think that pretty much summarises everything. Every other lesson was to a certain extent other means to the same end. I think that’s it.
February 5th, 2008 at 11:58 am
my CVS has changed from “I don’t know what to do” to “If I PRR consistently I can achieve a BVS on any area of my life” Pretty good!!
February 3rd, 2008 at 10:43 pm
Results? : – a total change of attitude and approach.
I’m no longer in the same job that I’ve been in for the past 30 years!
I’m far happier than I’ve been for the past 3 years.
I feel in control of my own future to an extent that I haven’t felt for about 30 years!
Thanks to the School of Thinking for getting me out of my negative CVSs and making me realise there are a whole lot more BVSs out there!
February 1st, 2008 at 9:52 pm
I really like the idea of setting training goals. One of the things I have learnt over 18 months of being a new Dad is that being a parent is very hard work, but it is worth every thing you put in to that little kid. The school of thinking is basically saying the same thing. To achieve a skill you need to work hard to achieve it. Repitition Practice rehearsal are the kes to achieiving new skills.
February 1st, 2008 at 12:38 am
Learnt CVS to BVS practised repeated rehearsed and it does WORK!
January 30th, 2008 at 9:56 pm
after reading all of the sot lessons i have started to constantly think of new and better ideas about things.. everytime i debate with friends i now look for the bvs..
January 28th, 2008 at 11:51 am
I know there is always a better way of looking at things, and no longer feel so stuck in old ruts.
January 27th, 2008 at 3:03 pm
They give me something to think about – when I’m not doing anything my brain still has something to chew on.
January 25th, 2008 at 10:39 am
I have been engaged in thinking and SOT has been a revision and it the process produced some interesting insights, which would not have been there had I been it the cycle of repetion. You not only find the gaps but discover most things have layers.
Learning often involves penetrating new layers and finding nuaces that makes a difference as to whether an idea or process will work. You will not find find the deeper insights unless you repeat. When you see something and revisit it, you see if with new eyes if you can avoid the “I Know: habit.
January 18th, 2008 at 7:47 pm
The material has fitted in very well with other material I have been studying “The Power of Now” and “The Artists Way” as I am currently out of work and have the time to CVS2BVS and PRR. I am also putting in several hours learning the art of painting and finding my own style. So all in all it’s actually quite useful that I’m not working at the moment!
January 7th, 2008 at 12:32 pm
Being more open-minded and not seeing things as black or white, true or false.
January 4th, 2008 at 12:46 pm
As a manager of IT, I developed what I call the my list of 25.
I look at 25 areas in which my IT department can improve and go from cvs to bvs.

NEW WORLD OUTLOOK.HAVE ACQUIRED BASIC TOOLS TO MAKE A CHANGE FROM CVS TO BVS.UPWARDS AND ONWARD
December 10th, 2007 at 2:19 am
Commitment to active thinking requires practice to develop a positive and open mind-set. The SOT lessons helped me to connect to the reality of what is . . . and to what is possibly better. Seeing, hearing, tasting, touching and deep emotions are not all there is to pragmatism. Reality goes much deeper than what is on the surface. By practicing how to think using antiviral software for the brain enables you to uncover misinformation and misdirection. Knowing where and how to find good information allows you more time to focus on what needs to be done and well as how to go about doing it.
Your lessons have helped me consider and analyze a design for a new goal in my active thinking. My new goal is to practice being conscious of existing in the moment and not dwelling on the past, which cannot be changed and can create much imaginary emotion and pain. The future as with the past can never exist in the present. The future is your hopes, dreams, and desires. My new goal is a repetitive learning process with a strategy and tactics that can be measured. I’ve gone through similar processes in a business sense, but until recently it was not utilized to connect to who I am. Living in the now is a paradox, because the future, which we can never live in, becomes a reality from what we do in the present.
December 4th, 2007 at 6:52 am
Fully understanding the following is a result for me:
“The most successful people in the end are those whose success is the result of steady accretion. It is the one who carefully advances step by step, with his mind becoming wider and wider – progressively able to grasp any theme or situation – persevering in what he knows to be practical, and concentrating his thoughts upon it, who is bound to succeed in the greatest degree.” – Alexander Graham Bell.
Steady accretion is exactly what SOT provides, and steady accretion is exactly what I wish to do/be. Steady accretion=PRR. SA=PRR?
It is the process of SOT that presented me with this result, a new, and much expanded CVS……accrete to BVS…….=new CVS…accrete, etc., etc.
Or; CVS+process=BVS=result. CVS+process=BVS=result.
December 3rd, 2007 at 9:54 am
The SOT training messages have dovetailed quite neatly with some other things that I have been doing. This has allowed me to create a much better BVS than I would have otherwise. My span of thinking has increased without my realising it.
In fact, in many ways I have stopped thinking about the CVS, because it just is what it is, and this has allowed me to focus on BVS and what might be possible.
It’s great.

There is still the need to strenghten my repitition however the ability to look outside my CVS and by using the Power in 10 has enabled my to clearly identify BVS
November 11th, 2007 at 3:50 pm
Instead of thinking automatically, I started questioning my cvs and trying to find a bvs, and usually with success. I realized that usually, cvs is involved with too much mind noise, which is counter productive to the bvs. But I still have a long way to go.
In the past, when people contradicted me, I almost always thought, or said, “Hey, don’t you see the error of your way?” (Total ptv). Now I am much more open to different opinions.
This SOT course is unique. Instead of just sending lessons full of information, you make us think of things in order to give you our dfq, which makes us think more deeply, meaning to use our mind in a more efficient way. Thank you!

It’s funny, but it’s only when you’re actually made aware of your current view of the situation that you can really address it. Otherwise, it is your all-prevading reality. It is easy to sit within the four walls of the current view and fail to see a way out. So, so far the best result I have to date is just to perceive that there is a a better view. (Or ten.) Life is a work in progress.

I think reading the material and then answering the question has unwittingly helped me realise that it is okay to spend a lot of time working at something in particular and enjoying it. I used the PRR before i had reached that particular lesson and had discovered that stuff i used to be convinced I couldn’t do – I did. (I changed from CVS to BVS and this inspired PRR-which once I started using it, worked for me and changed my I can’t” and “I don’t know how to” – into “yes I can, with a lot of work, yes I can!”
October 17th, 2007 at 1:16 pm
I have a better awareness of the way i think and i challange what my CVS is. I feel i have developed my brain muscle to deal with bigger issues in a more efficient and effective way.
October 17th, 2007 at 2:01 am
Number one.
Because of the repitition of coming back to these emails and then completing the questions, I have been able to remember to look for the BVS in many situations. I tend to forget or get distracted from many things I plan on changing but I know that if I repeat and reflect and create as many synapses and connections as possible, i have abetter chance of making changes. I can switch from feeling bad in the CVS to looking forward to starting to do the things that bring about my BVS. Just this change in view is great and I can initiate it myself.
I am a bit behind the times. I work with CVS
October 16th, 2007 at 11:04 pm
It has been a blend emerging from a complex process:
1. Some things were new to me
2. Some things were known previously
3. Some things were available in the form of awareness, without any methodical fabric joining them together and turning them into knowledge.
The SOT training messages have helped me to integrate items 1-3 into a more comprehensive whole, which I can use to a greater advantage than what I would do without the integrating effect of the SOT lessons.
October 15th, 2007 at 1:47 am
So far I don’t think I have obtained much in the way of results from the SOT training messages. Now that I have read lesson 43 I can see why – the practice component has been missing. I can’t wait to start practising!
October 9th, 2007 at 12:51 pm
It has broadened my horizons. I now look at things from other view points more than I had done previsoulsly.
October 3rd, 2007 at 7:25 pm
I have found valve in practising my thinking skills with CVS 2 BVS and focussing on doing this without the influence of PTV. CVS 2 BVS raises optimism, hence more energy to think …PRR PRR PRR PRR….looking forward to the results, but still keen to PRR PRR PRR PRR PRR PRR PRR
October 2nd, 2007 at 2:06 am
Reading the lessons and taking the time to read the responses of the other SOT trainees greatly expands your understanding to take in other’s view to broaden your own. Sometimes you get that, “Wow”, I never looked at it that way. Listening to other views is the greatest advantage. We get a concentrated dose here at SOT. Thank you!
September 29th, 2007 at 6:09 pm
This course has reinforced my belief in PRR (however, I didn’t think of it in quite this way). I think however, that the biggest result has been training my mind to begin looking for the BVS. I am now eager to habitualise this thought process.
September 27th, 2007 at 4:48 pm
I have certainly been looking at things in the CVS2BVS but do find that I need to remind myself to PRR this thinking process in order for it become a ‘habit’
September 25th, 2007 at 11:07 am
CVSTOBVS has certainly helped me to switch my attention to a better outlook on the way we work as a team and the way we do or don’t work well towards objectives. Repetition is easily applied to meeting a sport development requirement – we seem to do that instinctly – but we work without logging our time spent on doing the work things that take up most of our waking hours. Funny that! From now on tho, for me, it is a daily task to monitor and evaluate my progression.
September 25th, 2007 at 1:32 am
The SOT training has improved many ways in my work of training the teachers. In each of the training programmes conducted after taking this SOT I could have a BVS in the process of my training than looking for results. Thanks to SOT.

. My appreciation of the need for repetition has been raised. I am studying German and I have made lists of conjugated verbs which I repeat over and over on my way to and from the gym.
2. I have long practised most of the recommendations contained in this course, but one gets slack and the various sessions have served to sharpen my awareness of the various issues raised.

SOT training helped me re-think a recent conflict with my church group. By thinking CVS to BVS, I was able to compose my thoughts into a comprehensive letter that opened others to more discussion. I still disagree with the group, but the process of dealing with the conflict constructively and thoughtfully helped me release any anger or frustration.
September 17th, 2007 at 12:58 pm
Getting BVS from CVS more often and much quicker.
September 14th, 2007 at 10:50 am
It has made me think about the importance of goal-setting and the value of intermediate goals (processes) to achieve the end goal. It is one thing to set a goal but another to commence on the first steps to achieving the goal. Further, the road to achieving the goal may change quite dramatically if you learn through the experimentation associated with the journey towards to gaol ie. you learn as you go.
September 9th, 2007 at 1:44 pm
I have avoided a list that sits on my desk at work. I glance at it from time to time, but that’s all I do. It’ sat there for almost 3months. Today before I answered this question. I completed That list. I now have no list…fells fantastic.
September 8th, 2007 at 1:19 pm
I was able to rule out my instictive reluctance or inertia
to start doing things knowing that the result will be
uncertain.I am now focused on the process as to how the plan should be carried out to attain the desired BVS
by applying SDNT guided by PRR.
SOT really helps me a lot and make my necktop computer busy going around the feedback loop.
September 7th, 2007 at 10:38 am
still the need to PRR. I must admit, it is difficult to stop the train once it has reached the station. My role is to influence others towards improvement. This needs to be done with BVS
September 7th, 2007 at 1:32 am
I’ve recognised my procrastination with making phone calls and am now calling more each day with less hesitation. Still working on it…
September 3rd, 2007 at 8:45 am
I am benefiting from the “Disciplines” of making and taking the time to participate in the daily SOT lessons. I now recognise the need to place the highest priority on THINKING.
August 22nd, 2007 at 9:35 am
I read and practice EFT a lot. Also in theatre practice I am continually reminded that there is more than one way to skin a cat, while all roads lead to Rome (trust in the outcome).
July 26th, 2007 at 5:13 am
I know have general process map that I can use very day to set or follow plans and get results. The CVStoBVS tool is usually hat helps me more.
July 21st, 2007 at 10:10 pm
I have improved my ways of dealing with problems and with shifting my viewpoint enabling me to progress where in the past i have hit boundaries.
July 21st, 2007 at 5:26 am
It has shown me that my areas of success are linked to PRR. I required to put in a number of hours to learn certain skills. Now I’m learning EFT, I need to practice, practice, and practice and some, to be proficient. There is no way around it.
July 18th, 2007 at 12:13 pm
I have been using the DFQ process on a whole range of things, to repattern how I think. I have found it so freeing, it has given me a new lease on life in some ways
I appreciate being able to stand back form my thinking on any subject, to stand outside of how I have thought before and think it through. This is an invaluable skill for me personally
Actually I haven’t been consciously thinking of CVS 2 BVS,, but I have been doing it in my behaviour. Excellent !!!
July 15th, 2007 at 7:25 am
Critical to open-mindedness….

July 10th, 2007 at 8:47 am
I have enjoyed the mental gymnastics and challenges. Some of the content follows very closely to my ongoing CVS but some has pushed the envelope toward healthier BVS now CVS. It is never actually possible to reach a BVS. Just as NOW is all we have, so too is Current View all we really have. That does not preclude the need or desire to improve on that current view and move toward a Better View but when you improve, you are still at CVS. Very funny
July 9th, 2007 at 7:11 pm
the ability to question my immediate view of a situation and to be (to a point) objective about it. Belief in my own journey and goals and knuckling out all the bits in between A and zzz. A little more confidence. Good reflection time. Patience.
July 7th, 2007 at 9:19 am
I’m much more focussed on pursuing my dream of having a successful adventure website. I can now see where i’ve been stopped and why.
Thanks
July 6th, 2007 at 11:57 pm
It has been intrinsic in my starting a new career and applying SOT concepts to daily challenges in doing so. By repeating activities to change my cvs to BVS I have developed a clear idea of the route towards the results I want to achieve .
June 20th, 2007 at 8:41 pm
I feel it has improved my whole outlook on everything and has given me more enthusiasm and drive to achieve all that i wish to achieve in my personal and work life.
I have recently kick started several initiatives at work to improve production processes and to cut down on costs.
In my personal life I am happier and more relaxed than i have ever been. I always look for the BVS in every situation and i find that there is no problem or situation that i haven’t been able to solve or find a solution to.
I now feel that i have an immensely joyous and successful future ahead of myself and my family.
June 15th, 2007 at 7:38 am
It is about creating the opportunity to reflect and challenge my thinking / assumptions. It provides clarity and at times greater purpose in where I am at and going. The result is providing clearer leadership messages for my staff and those that I talk with and at a personal level greater spiritual depth for me. While difficult to measure it is felt experience and provides me with more confidence in and the people I interact with.
June 14th, 2007 at 6:19 am
I feel great…like before
June 4th, 2007 at 8:33 pm
Improved my relationship.
May 29th, 2007 at 9:22 pm
It has helped me to think and respond more clearly. The best, CVS to BVS
May 25th, 2007 at 2:17 am
It has helped me examine my life. I am developing a stronger habit of asking myself what do I really want? I am writing about and thinking about success, opportunties, change as a positive, comfortable and easy transitions and transformation. I write more about what I can afford, allow, handle, and manage. I use my writing consistently and increasingly to shift my thinking and attitudes and to help me help people I interact with to shift their thinking and attitudes in ways that are more about wants and needs than about right or wrong.
May 14th, 2007 at 8:58 am
Like Ginger, I think the most tangible result at this early stage is in my personal relationships and my abandonment of having to be ‘right’ (thus making my loved ones ‘wrong’).
The most positive progress so far is the sparking of enthusiasm to develop a BVS…
May 12th, 2007 at 7:54 pm
The greatest result worth noting is that I now put into practice CVS to BVS in just about every situation I encounter. I started out with repetitions of CVS to BVS 100x a day until it became an automatic mindset when I encountered a situation that called for something different or better. This has allowed me to focus on ‘what can I do to make the situation better’. This has been a useful tool in just about every area of my life.
May 8th, 2007 at 9:13 am
Absolutely my relationships with my spouse and children has improved as I have simply relaxed and allowed them to believe/behave/live their own CVS; offering differing views with much less “passion” than ever before.
April 30th, 2007 at 6:28 pm
I have become more patient when listening to others and no longer need them to agree with me, or me with them !!! I look for different ways to view a situation. I have started some processes !!! And by doing all of this, my golf has become even worse as I have not been applying PRR to it !!!
April 27th, 2007 at 9:24 pm
Unfortunately the only results I’ve had are all theoretical in my head, I have not made the effort to start using the software in real world situations. My CVS has increased however and still has a long way to go, overall reading these so far have given me a more optomistic look on life since mistakes should not be feared etc. This email however has inspired me somewhat to increase my confidence in social situations using the PRR method, now all I have to do is get started and build some momentum
.
April 27th, 2007 at 12:27 pm
SOT training has reinforsed my natural instinct to think differently.
April 27th, 2007 at 1:09 am
I enjoy them and as I look back it is about the process to get the results I may have over a thousand hours painting I also sing and have seen the more you do the better you get. If you build it they will come.
April 20th, 2007 at 6:13 am
I have practised CVS to BVS 100 times per day each day and now find that I am more relaxed in my daily life. I feel that no matter what situation I am faced with I can sit back and look for a BVS.
I also find ten things a day to be grateful for. This gives me a very positive outlook on life and I find that no matter what problems I have I have alot to be grateful for.
SDNT. This has given me an extra boost in my journey to better things.
I also find overall that this training has helped me in some way understand alot about my thinking patterns over the years.
My thanks to you for this.
April 10th, 2007 at 10:18 pm
“longest journey starts with the small step forward…”
we all know it but we rarely put the small step, could be tentative forward, mostly in mind we run, actually don’t even walk..
Thats the tragedy with many of us, especially with me.
Hope, I come out of it soon enough to log something actually!
April 9th, 2007 at 4:24 am
I find that when a situation arises, whereas before these lessons I would have reacted without too much thought, I now think how to make the best of my actions using your teachings. I am conscious that I am now ‘taking charge’ of myself rather than being driven.
March 16th, 2007 at 8:46 am
Clarity and Focus to the degree that I created a highly desirable work situation
March 5th, 2007 at 5:11 am
All the goal-setting in the world is meaningless talk without
ability and skill.
If you do not set a target how do you know what to aim for?
I often use CVSto BVS when faced with dealing with an unreasonable
person or circumstance: I also know the PRR releases the ‘you’ value for excellence inside of you: SDNT , QRH I also do naturally, but is good to have it as a template to follow . I ‘d say my curreent CVS is opened up the more by using these softwares, to make me always gun for the BVS
February 25th, 2007 at 5:57 am
This has been yet another slant to something I have heard from other areas of life – and I guess I still need to hear it because I persevered through this one as well! I am also happy to hear the simplistic answer. I would add determination to success which compliments PRR.
Thanks for the lessons!
February 24th, 2007 at 7:04 am
It has given me a fresh start. Since I have been made aware of this way of thinking, its has been popping up in my life a lot. I did some more reading on the people that was talked about in the e-mails such as Suzuki. There is no better resource to learn repetition than one of Suzuki book “Nurtured by love”. Filled with love and passion.
I feel one of the important thing is the feeling of being at the BVS already. Even if you are not there yet, you earn the enjoyment of the feeling of being at the BVS. Repetition of experiencing the BVS help you actually get there. When we are there the result really isn’t that important anymore, because its the feeling of being there this really count and best of all you can experience it anytime. The result is the focus point, a direction for movement.
How I feel now its like what Michael talked having a lot of take out menus. I am not eating anything in my mouth yet but there are lot of resource than before, more option.
February 19th, 2007 at 12:42 pm
I have been more ready to accept the opinions from others and to consider CVS to BVS.
February 13th, 2007 at 8:16 pm
I have been more aware in my daily routine about BVS, realized that problems need not be permanent problems, ‘bad people’ can be ‘good’, depending on the CVS and that if I persist with something, (give it attention) I can win over it.
February 6th, 2007 at 9:24 am
In wanting to help my clients, my work colleagues and my family members, I am thinking more about CVSTOBVS to find better ways to be of help. I’ve used the SDNT process several times recently to overcome my inertia in commencing a long and seemingly difficult task. The Start part of the process has helped me to not only Start the task but then Do it, Notice the progress, Think about how silly I was to ‘put it off’, then continue SDNT until I finish the task completely. I’m still working on my styleware – QRH. I have always tried to do Quality work; I constantly use Recognition to notice and praise efforts of others (clients, colleagues, family) and I’m working hard on getting back my lost Humour. I guess that application of PRR is going to help me with that.
January 16th, 2007 at 3:43 pm
CVSTOBVS is really helpful in many situations. For example, I was stuck in traffic, getting all bothered, and then noticed a great song on the radio, which I wouldn’t have heard if I had gotten there on time…
January 16th, 2007 at 9:03 am
I know I am approaching things slightly differently. Mostly I am lapsing back in to my “old ways” but at least now I recognise that and can decide if I should continue that way or do a BVS and move towards a diiferent process.
January 16th, 2007 at 6:04 am
The whole process with its constant repetition has opened me to expect better results and not to accept “it is so because everyone knows it is so” CVSTOBVS. This has changed my goals, and the process by which I work.
January 15th, 2007 at 8:44 am
Writing down the 10 things I want to do and the 10 steps to get there for each thing has been a simple but effective way for me to break down my goals. Definitely not rocket science but for a procrastinator it’s very helpful!
The other thing has been the simplicity of CVS to BVS and remembering it when I get into a bad mood and my ability to see the situation from a different perspective plummets… I’d like to think that I’ve added a couple more seconds between the catalyst and my response. Hopefully enough time for me to check my CVS and look for a BVS.
January 12th, 2007 at 3:27 pm
I’ve definitely sharpened my focus and improved my results by looking at BVS and thinking about the power of 10. I’m getting more done with the same amount of time as before, and people are commenting on the change, so I guess I’m doing something right. Plenty more improvement to go though!
January 12th, 2007 at 9:02 am
Opening up the mind to greater possibilities!!!
January 8th, 2007 at 4:20 pm
I have applied the CVSTOBVS training in my business as a financial advisor. With all my clients the one overriding principle is “Is this the best for the client?” If so then the recommendations are naturally going to be a BVS for the client. Once I believe absolutely that this is the case then the client cant help but accept the recommendations.
The other thing I use daily is unchecktocheck. This keeps me focussed on the process of client contact. I keep a tally everyday. It all adds up and the results are great.
January 8th, 2007 at 9:18 am
Don’t expect to be an expert straight away with out lots of practice, learning & training. Do we ever stop learning or training??? I would have thought that we are contantly training to move forward.
