I wish I could find the BVS of e-learning in South Africa. I don’t want to generalise but e-learning in SA is in its infancy. Key constraints in developing e-learning include connectivity, especially in the rural areas, and the high costs of implementation. Michael you need to be commended for offering your courses for free. Cross border sharing of educational resources, including e-learning, is what we need in Africa.
