My brain is organic and not a machine, however it does respond to programs and new software feed into it, somewhat like a computer. It also responds automatically to things about 95% of the time, that I am totally unaware of. These automatic responses are hard wired into our ethos of body functions and activities.

However, there is more than a necktop brain, there are at least two other brains, the heart and gut brain. Most of the time they are also on automatic and they rarely communicate with the necktop brain. What's the software for these other brains? How do you communicate with with something that is on automatic and you are not aware of its influence on our everyday decisions?
