From time to time SOT conducts advanced thought leadership training with a focus on Leadership Thinking and Strategic Thinking. SOT has been conducting advanced thought leadership training since 1981 in New York. We have recently upgraded the leadership training.
Dr Eric Bienstock, was the first graduate of SOT Advanced Thought Leadership Training. He graduated as a Thinking Instructor, and later Chief Instructor SOT. He became the first Managing Director of SOT in New York and Eric is now the Vice Principal SOT.

INVITATION
You are invited to participate in the next intake of Advanced Thought Leadership Training SOT. There are no fees.
This is a 34-day leadership training program under the personal direction of SOT Principal, Michael Hewitt-Gleeson. On successful completion you may qualify for the Advanced Thought Leadership Certificate SOT. Hi Michael Thank you for your recent feedback I’m actively increasing my number of Uncheck to Checks as I push through the work . I am very interested in taking my training further. Currently I am busy teaching , doing an MA, and developing a small business. I use your methods to help me with decision making an d maintaining momentum. .
I would like to continue training but I am unsure of which course I should pursue

I would definitely like to learn more. However since I am accessing these lessons sitting in an Internet Cafe (not owning a System of my own leave alone an internet connection) I am finding a few things difficult because I have no control over the hardware/software being used to access the lessons. I will make every effort to understand and sort out issues here. Despite these technical problems if it is possible for the advanced lessons to reach my email account just as the earlier lessons reached me, I would be grateful to be enrolled. Thank you.

Michael,
The world is short of leaders. The type of leaders that lead by example , that put other peoples interests before their own.Unlike many of our political leaders, especially in my country Ireland where we have been inundated with corruption and cronyism perpetrated by our so-called leaders.
Hopefully a new awakening is coming where people of integrity and honesty will emerge and lead this world to better times.
