to escape or not to escape.that is the obvious question the old capitalist thinkers have to ask themselves.but for the new ideas to take root they have to coexist with the old ones in a transitional period.but as the old ideas have to give way to the new there definitely will be a struggle but the new will prevail

Yes that is true. Now the same principle must be applied in other to save the world economy. We must escape our presence situation and find more lasting solution to our current ploblems.
Escaping the OLD idea of Keynesian Economics. In africa how many educated elites think that the world is having a problem and that the system of education has brought us all this issues. Poverty etc.

We must Escape to the Austrian Economic Model is the answer to this worldwide meltdown thanks to REAL Thinkers like Ludwig von Mises, F.A. Hayek, & Murray Rothbard. The Central Banks (Privately owned by the very banks that got us into mess in the first place!) hate these heros and their true genius….

I will urge You( Michael) that we should turn this study into a way to draw the world attention in a way to save the earth from ignorance more especially in Africa.

So what causes the difficulties that inhibits our thinking? Could one reason come from those that consort and plan to exploit our innate weaknesses? They know exactly how people think and how they will react to certain stimulus, especially subconsciously, so that consciously we are not aware we are being manipulated. We live in a system that has and is being fashioned with many programs to control what we can and can not hear, see, and feel. The system is designed for continually gaining power and profits by manipulating everything. It is media, educational, cultural, religious, financially, business and government controlled to create a global system for total control of our planet. They have and are manipulating the G20 through their control of the WB, WTO, the IMF, and now the new SFB. We are given tools and information in such a way so that we will use them exactly as their research has discovered we will use them.

We all want to believe that our brains sort through information in the most rational way possible to come up with a better choice, just ask any good salesman, most all buying decisions are made on emotions (hot buttons), an then the salesman anchors it to a good reason… so the buyer can consciously feel he made an intelligent decision. Countless studies by psychologists, educators, and neurobiologists show there are many quirks of human reasoning. In general there are common weaknesses in reasoning that exist across people of all ages and educational background. For example, people pay attention to information that supports their view point, while ignoring evidence to the contrary. This is not the same as being stubborn, and is not constrained to issues about which people have strong opinions. Instead, it acts at a subconscious level to control the way we gather and filter information. For anyone who wears hearing aids like me, they know that being in a noisy room makes it difficult to focus on a conversation. However, most people with normal hearing are regulated by the laws of their subconscious which, when it happens they are not aware of it; it takes over and automatically filters-out the background noise that is not needed. Our subconscious does the same when we are driving. It filters out what is considered by the subconscious to be unimportant. However, with training we can learn to consciously focus what the subconscious shuts out. Most of us are not aware of these types of laws in our reasoning processes, but paid professionals are constantly working to convince us of certain viewpoints. They have studied the research on human decision making to determine and know how to exploit our weaknesses to make us more susceptible to their messages.

One of the first things I did with a new team was to train them to be active thinkers. You have all heard the term, thinking out of the box; what that really means is that most people think in the box; in the terms and with the tools in the way they are presented to them, which are usually in the simplest of terms. The system wants us to feel that we have learned to think out of the box, because they we are being taught to brain storm, to be critical thinkers and we now can come up with better solutions. What we don’t recognize is that we are in more than one box. Until, we learn how to remove each and every box that controls us we will always be thinking in a box. It is not just that we are thinking in many boxes, but the many boxes hold us in our environment that of artificially thinking that we have thought out the box. We can only know and can only learn from what we are exposed to. For a better world with better thinkers we need to get rid of those who run the global system or we will always be inside their boxes.

Agree totally – we need to be able to ‘unmap’ our usual, comfortable, traditional patterns

How about escaping the OLD idea of Keynesian Economics (the model that got us into this mess with Fiat Paper Money, MASSIVE Debt, Etc.)?

That is true. Great belief effort must be done to eradicate old beliefs.
