If you’re good at finding the one right answer to life’s multiple-choice questions, you’re smart. But intelligence is what you need when contemplating the leftovers in the refrigerator, trying to figure out what might go with them. William H. Calvin is a theoretical neurophysiologist at the University of Washington in Seattle. His book How Brains Think is one of the best written books on the subject.

    Multi choice questions give you the answers. Do they make you think. Engaging the little grey cells to create. Think not. Were we designed to think like this. To see a menu and just select. This is not our nature. Do we become predictable. We were designed to live our purpose, to live the gifts we were given
